Craig Rice scored on a Ted Long passs to narrow the lead, but the Saints hung on to win. The Wizards outshot the Saints 20 to 15.

Rams rallied on goals by Barry Sicard & Dave Breau to cut the lead to 5-3, until Blauvelt scored his 2nd of the came to clinch the title. Seahawks outshot the Rams 29-25.

Highlights In a tightly fought battle the Rams coached by Tom Deery won 5-3. The Seahawks Larry Blauvelt scored first from Bobby Taylor, Rams Tom Cochrane tied the game from Ron Lostracco & Chris Housser. Early in the 2nd pd Dan Broderick scored unassisted, less than a minute later Housser tied things up from Mark Shannon. Blauvelt gave his team the lead again with his 2nd of the game. The Rams, Shannon evened the game from Housser & Ray Richard. The Housser's 2nd goal proved to be the winner, assisted by Mark Holman, mid way through the 3rd pd, clinced the victory. Holman rounded out the scoring with an empty netter. The Seahawks outshot the Rams 26-25.

Highlights The Coram Canadiens coached by Brian Jackson edged the Rams 2-1 in OT. In the Semi's the Rams defeated the Wizards 6-2, and the Canadiens beat Bill's All Stars 3-0. The Rams defending Champions were minus starters Rick Breau & Chris Housser due to injuries, the Rams evened the score 1-1 on a Ray Richard shot from Mark Holman early in the 3rd pd. Frank Muscatiello had put the Canadiens in the lead but Nick Cordavano's unassisted clutch goal with 34 seconds remaining in OT gave Coram the victory. The Canadiens were oushot 26-16.

The Capitals took a first period 2-0 lead on goals by Mike Chambers & Mark O'Rourke, both assisted by Greg Pannell. Dave Guitar of the Rams cut the lead assisted by Chris Housser. Capitals Chris Juliano put his team up 3-1, but the Rams rallied with two goals by Joe Tusia, both assisted by Housser to tie the game and force OT. At 7:29 in OT Ray Richard converted a pass from Housser, his 4th assist of the game for the Championship. The Rams outshot their opponents 33 to 21.
